  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back at our farm safely.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
